
In 2003, MCR signing with Warner and in June 2004, after a tour with Avenged Sevenfold, released the album Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge, commercial album more than the previous one and which were disclosed in the U.S., Latin America, Europe and Japan. Some of the most recognized songs are "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)", "Helena", "The Ghost of You" and "Thank you for the venom." It was during this time that the banda replacing its former drummer Matt Pelissier by Bob Bryar. The reasons were reportedly discussions with Ray Toro or because it was not playing a full battery. Bob Bryar was introduced as an official drummer in August 2004, during a concert in Japan. So after some concerts, were invited as teloneros of the Tour of American Idiot Green Day and hence not stop. At the end of that year, joined with his friend banda The Used to make a tribute to the song "Under Pressure", original Queen along with David Bowie, and collect funds for victims of the tsunami that hit the coasts of Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Thailand and some other islands nearby. The song was included as a bonus track on the album In Love and Death of The Used who left in September 2004. On March 21, 2006, was released on DVD Double Life on the Murder Scene. The first DVD includes the history of banda and the second brings the music videos, making their videos and live presentations.
